FITNESS COMMANDMENTS

O DAUGHTERS AND SONS OF MOTHER EARTH. HEARKEN TO THY FITNESS COMMANDMENTS AND THOU SHALL ACHIEVE THY DESIRED BODY.
1.Thou shall not compare thy body with someone else’s body.

INSIGHT: All human bodies are the same hypothetically  but totally different in the real sense.This is a fact because we all have different statures and physical appearance naturally. Some are short and some are tall, some are dark skinned and some are light skinned..e.t.c
There are genetical and structural diferrences.
2. Thou can only get what you give.

INSIGHT: The body is so marvelous and  the outcome is fully dependent on how you treat it. The food you eat and the exercises you perform determine the development of your body.
Your appearance relies solely on the things you supply your body with.
Positive input leads to positive output.

3 . Consistency is what gives result.

INSIGHT: Whatever exercises , routines, programs  that you perform can only bring forth optimal output when you keep doing them over a certain period of time. The muscles of the body develop with time.

4. Let Motivation be thy companion

INSIGHT: Be wary of discouragement. It comes in all forms of disguise.

5. Thy mind doth before thy body.

INSIGHT: Whatever exercise or workout you want to perform must have been  done psychologically before the physical manifestation.
Do not underestimate the inner power, all things start from the mind.

6.  Always listen to thy body.

INSIGHT: you must be fully conscious of what you do and how you go about it. Your body has a way of letting you know whenever you strain it too much which leads to overtraining. Always monitor your workouts and avoid overtraining.
7.Rest is of utmost importance, never neglect it.

INSIGHT: The muscles of the body actually grow when you are resting. All the work that you have done develops during rest.
