1.ONLINE TRAINING SESSION

This program is designed specifically for YOU based on your individual  unique needs. The program takes into account every aspect of your body and lifestyle while considering those equipments available to you.The workouts under this section can be done at home, in the gym, or anywhere that is convenient for you.

The programs might involve  a variety of fitness equipment or even no equipment at all depending on the information that you supply. The basic exercises in this program include cardio, strength and stretching exercises which you will have to perform weekly.

The online training session offers details on the duration, frequency, speed, distance, weight size, number of reps, and number of sets of exercises to be done as appropriate. It also comes by way of tutoring on how to execute the exercises. Tutoring aids such as pictorial illustrations and short video clips on the proper execution of the exercises are therefore made available.

Owing to the nature of this session, requisite communication is not undermined. The package consists of weekly e-mails or sms  with tips that will motivate you. You will also be entitled to free e-mail and phone consultations. A log book will be made available to you in which you can fill as you perform the exercises so that you can monitor your progress.

An edge this package has is that it affords you the opportunity to receive instructions wherever you are. It saves your time as you do not necessarily have to use the gym.

2. PERSONAL TRAINING SESSION

This is a one on one training session involving personal contact. This package includes consultations where you have the opportunity to convey what you intend to achieve and your desired expectations.

Consideration is given to your body specifics, state of health, time, location  and any other inhibitions. This package is very flexible as it attends to you personally. You will be entitled to all consultations; be it phone or personal, from time to time. It also gives you the opportunity to be advised from time to time by a fitness expert.

An edge this package has is that your progress will be monitored by our fitness expert and you will also have free access to professional consultation.

3.BRIDAL WORKOUT

Our Bridal Workout program is designed for both the bride and groom as well as the bridal train. Of course the couple and their train must look good and should be fit on the Big day!  It is gradually becoming a trend for couples and their train to indulge in energetic activities during the wedding ceremony. Bridal train dancing is now so popular that a wedding without it seems like one without the wedding cake. You definitely don’t want your train disappointing your guests by performing below expectation or in a worst case scenario, collapsing on the dance floor! This package has thus been designed specially to cater for the bridal train taking into account the roles to be played on the wedding day.

i. Bride only

The package considers the fact that planning of a wedding requires a huge time commitment and you may have little time to spare. Irrespective of your busy  schedule, as long as you can spare as little as 90-minutes per week you can purchase this package and enjoy the benefits. Even if you only have a month until your wedding, you can still have your desired body before your big day. All that is required is a commitment from you. Special attention is given to what you like and what you dislike.

4. MODELLING

Do you know that you can be a model and still indulge yourself in those tasty, creamy and sweetening stuffs? They increase body fat, YES they do but as humans it may be impossible to stay off them forever. What happens if you find yourself out of shape and there is an impromptu modelling session?

This package considers your vulnerability to fat and your susceptibility to being out of shape from time to time based on a number of factors. It is designed as an “Emergency” program aimed at bringing you back into shape within the fastest possible time in situations presented above. This package offers such programs targeted at urgency and best results. It is available to anyone who has a prompt need to achieve a particular shape.
