Even though you will not see blood dripping from the mouth of a fitness vampire, the words that come out of their mouth sell them out.You just have to pay attention.

1.NOTHING HAS CHANGED
They tell you that you are having little or no progress.On the contrary, you are actually gradually achieving your fitness goals.This is of course a mischievous ploy to discourage you in continuing the routine that you are presently performing.
2.YOU ARE A FITNESS FREAK
They say that you are always working out or perhaps always watching and scrutinising the food you eat.The aim of this statement is to make you feel bad as if you are taking things too seriously. It’s an emotional blackmail.They probably don’t possess your level of discipline and wanna ruin yours out of envy.
3. I DON’T HAVE TIME FOR ALL THESE THAT YOU ARE DOING
This is certainly a big headed and a big ass lie.They are trying to hide their laziness and indecisiveness as regards fitness by dodging under the guise of NO-TIME. So they make it sound as if you’ve got nothing doing which is why you’ve got time to workout.
4. I AM OKAY THE WAY I AM
They have resulted to a self- delusional mechanism and now psyche themselves up. They are certainly far from being okay. The aim of this statement is to make it appear as if you are the one disturbing yourself unnecessarily by working out et all.
Don’t fall prey to fitness vampires, they are out there and in fact actively initiating more members into their dark unscrupulous group.
